Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that are damaged, used, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed via your preferred method (if applicable) or a cash refund for COD orders.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the return is received and approved.

Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
